| 摘 要： | 根据AD喷涂机数字化改造的实际需求,分析了喷涂机数控系统的功能要求。在此基础上,提出了一种基于工业PC,以PMAC多轴运动控制器为核心的AD喷涂机开放式数控系统解决方案,概述了系统的软、硬件体系结构,研究了关键部分的实现机制。

| Abstract: | According to the demand of rebuilding AD Spraying Machine with CNC system,the functional requirements of the Spraying Machine CNC system are studied.A scheme of open-architecture CNC system is proposed,which is based on industrial PC and uses programmable multiple-axis controller as the controlling center.Besides,the software framework and hardware design are described.The techniques of several main parts are researched. |
