摘    要:主要讨论了GH901合金采用电渣重熔工艺时,不同Ti含量的母材在电渣重熔过程中经过脱氧荆添加量的调整冶炼出合格的电渣锭,进而得出该合金采用电渣重熔工艺时根据母材Ti含量的不同,添加合理的脱氧剂量。

Abstract:This paper discussed mainly that when GH901 alloy was produced by ESR process, parent materials with different Ti contents were melted to be qualified ESR ingots by adjusting the addition amounts of deoxidizer during the ESR process, so it was concluded that when this alloy is produced by ESR process, into which reasonable amounts of deoxidizer should be added, on the basis of the different Ti amounts in parent materials.
