Contrast and Analysis on Core Vibraled Casting Process and Radial Extruding Process

The principle,advantages and disadvantages of core vibrated casting process and radial extruding process are introduced.And raw materials,technical and economic indexes of the two processes are contrasted and analyzed in detail,which indicate that there are many advantages about core vibrated casting process such as lower cost,making many kinds of pipes with good quality,but surface finish of pipes manufactured by this method is worse than that of pipes manufactured by radial extruding process.Meanwhile,the cause of cracks,mould requirements and vibration frequency of core vibrated casting process during manufacturing pipes using the two processes are discussed.In addition,it also points out that enterprises should choose the appropriate process according their own situation and process characteristics.
