调水工程水力控制综述

摘    要:调水工程水力控制是一门新的交叉性学科,是一门研究采用工程措施和运行方法对系统内水流的运动实施控制的学科。本文介绍了该学科的理论体系、主要研究内容。论述了相关理论的国内外研究现状、进展,存在的问题,包括管道水击、明渠非恒定流、冰水力学、系统故障和泄漏检测技术、以及大系统的优化设计和运行最优化、地理信息系统、现代计算机数字三维仿真等。介绍了调水工程水力控制形成发展的历史,提出了几个值得关注的发展新方向和建议。

Abstract:The Hydraulic control for water diversion projects is a new interdisciplinary subject, which studies regulation of water flow in water diversion projects by applying scient ific measures in design, construct ion and operation. This article introduces the theoretical system of the hydraulic control, of which the major research contents and research progress are in the following aspects: water hammer in pipelines, unsteady flows in open channels, ice-water dynamics, detection techniques of pipe malfunction and leakages, design and operation opt imizat ion and rea-l time digital 3D simulation of water diversion systems, etc. The author also reviews the evolution of the hydraulic control for water diversion projects and put forward several new topics that should be focused on in future.
