井下液压增效器在低渗透油田的应用

摘    要:为了解决低渗透油田深抽过程中低泵效问题,胜利油田现河采油厂进行了井下液压增效器的试验。该增效器代替普通抽油泵的固定阀,接在抽油泵下端,靠弹簧储存和释放能量推动增效器中的增压活塞,提高抽油泵的充满系数,达到增产的目的。通过在7口油井中的试验证明,该装置不仅可以增加产液量.提高泵效,而且可以降低抽油杆栽荷,具有一定的节能作用。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low penetration in deep well with low pumping efficiency, Xianhe Oil Production Factory of Shengli carries out a test of hydraulic booster in down-hole.The booster is connected at the bottom end of down-hope pump replacing the conventional standing valve to drive the boosting valve using the accumulated energy of the spring to brim the pump, thus increasing production. The onsite experiment on seven wells shows the booster can not only increase production and pumping efficiency but also reduce the load on rod with energy saving.
