中间包镁质干式振动料的研究和应用

摘    要:以烧结镁砂颗粒和电熔镁砂细粉为主要原料,分别研究了结合剂加入量,促烧结剂加入量及细粉加入量对镁质干式振动料强度的影响。结果表明:在此实验条件下,结合剂加入量在5%,促烧结剂在1%~1.5%,细粉加入量在30%左右时干式料强度较好。在此基础上研制的干式料在某钢厂现场使用获得成功。

Abstract:The effect of added amount of the binder, sintering promoter and magnesia powder on strength of the magnesia dry vibrating mixture for ladle has been studied using the sintered magnesia sand particles and fused magnesia powder as the main raw material. Results show that the dry vibrating mixture possesses desirable strength when 5 % binder,1%-1.5 % sintering promoter and 30% fine powder were added in the laboratory experimental conditions. Successful results have alreay been achieved in application of the newly developed dry vibrating mixture in a specific steel-making plant.
