便携式机车信号发码器设计与实现

摘    要:机车信号发码器主要用来检测机车信号设备是否能够正常工作,针对目前便携式机车信号发码器存在的结构复杂、使用繁琐等缺点,设计并实现了一种成本低廉、使用方便的便携式机车信号发码器.采用高性能单片机产生高精度移频信号,通过二阶低通滤波器滤波和音频功率放大芯片放大后,由集成线圈发射信号.实践证明,该发码器性能稳定、设计合理、使用效果良好,满足机车和轨道车的使用要求,达到预期的目的.

Abstract:The locomotive signal generator mainly used to detect whether the locomotive signal equipment can works normally, the portable locomotive signal generator of the existence is complex, and not easy to use, a portable locomotive signal generator with low cost was designed and realized. High precision shift frequency signal was produced by high performance microprocessor, through the second order low-pass filter and audio power amplifier shift frequency signal was transmited through the integrated coil. The practice proved that the locomotive signal generator performance stable, reasonable design, it can meet the requests of locomotive and rail locomotive, and achieved the ext~octed t~urt~ _
