摘    要:以分子质量为7万的聚乳酸(PLA)为原料,分别用不同的溶剂制得两种纺丝液,并采用静电纺丝法将其分别纺在水刺无纺布和熔喷无纺布上,采用TSI8130仪器对阻力和效率进行测试,比较两者的过滤性能.结果表明:当纳米纤维膜厚度为2mm左右时,水刺非织造布与纳米纤维的复合材料过滤效率从近乎0提高到45.88%,当纳米材料厚度为1...

Abstract:Using the molecular weight of 70,000 polylactic acid(PLA) as raw materials and with two different solvents,we can obtain two kinds of spinning liquid.PLA nanofibers were spun on the spunlace and melt-blown nonwovens,respectively,by electrospinning method.We tested the resistance and efficiency with TSI8130 apparatus,and compared the filter performances.Datas show that the filtration efficiency of spunlace nonwovens and nanofiber composite materials can be increased from near zero to 45.88% when the thickness of nanomaterials is about 2 mm,and to 26.12% when the thickness of which is 1 mm;filtration efficiency of melt-blown nonwoven fabric in both the two thickness increased by 23.7% and 24.6%,but the corresponding filter resistance increased at the same time.
