基于FP0的抗压强度测试机的设计

摘    要:为了提高球团矿抗压强度的测试精度,通过分析球团矿在挤压过程中的受力情况,设计并制作出一种抗压强度测试机。该机采用了液压传动,球团矿匀速加压,并采用了以松下FP0系列PLC为核心,人机界面采用GT0 1触摸屏的控制系统。其软件设计中采用了增量限幅、多重比较判断等方法,消除了瞬时干扰,能实时、准确地测量出球团矿的抗压强度,实现了球团矿抗压强度测试过程的自动化。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of pellet compression strength measurement, the aspect of pellet under pressure was analyzed. And then an apparatus for pellet compressive strength measurement was developed. This apparatus was equipped with fluid driver, can uniformly rising pressure, its control system was based on PLC of FP0 and interface of GT01. By adopting increment extent limiting and multiple-compare and multiple-judgment in software design , the momentary interference was removed, the compression strength could be real-timely and accurately measured, and the compression strength automation testing was realized.
