柴油机涡流燃烧室起动孔起动机理的研究

摘    要:作者根据采样样片分析,提出涡流室起动孔起动机理:压缩时有一股较高流速的空气射向涡流室,它能将扭曲的部分油拉向涡流室热区积聚,加强了起动时的空间混合成分,并形成浓度较高的区域,所以着火点首先在涡流室内形成,而在起动孔处还有油烟混合物泄向主燃烧室,它们能解脱火焰的窒息,获得连续着火而帮助起动。

Abstract:The analyses are based on the sample pieces taken in the combustion chamber.The starting mechanism of starting hole is also discussed in this paper.In case ofcompression event,air jet enters into swirl chamber through the starting hole and aportion of fuel droplets toward the warm area of the swirl chamber.Therefore thefuel distributed in the space is accumulated and an area of high density mixture isformed.So igniting points are formed first in the swirl chamber.Besides,the fuel-smoke mixture oozed through the starting hole into the main combustion chambercan prevent the flame from being suffocated,provide continuous inflammation andof great assistance in starting.
