蒸发型双腔燃烧室和单管燃烧室排气污染性能的比较

摘    要:为了探讨蒸发型燃烧室的排气污染性能及其生成特点,本文对两种类型的实用燃烧室——蒸发型双腔燃烧室和单管燃烧室进行了排放试验研究。采用常规测试方法,对贫油条件下两燃烧室排气成分中的氮氧化物(NO_x=NO NO_2)和二氧化碳(CO_2)浓度及燃烧室的燃烧效率进行了测量。结果表明:在实验条件下,蒸发型双腔燃烧室的排气污染性能优于单管燃烧室;前者中的NO_x与T_3~*呈非指数关系,即随T_3~*增加,NO_x的上升速率变小,从而有利于抑制较高温度下NO_x的产生。

Exhaust Emission Performance of a Vaporizer Tube Combustor as Compared with a Single Tube Combustor

Abstract:How to control the exhaust emission to reduce pollution is an important problem in design and development of modern gas turbine combustors. The reduction of pollutant formation and emission in the vaporizer tube combustor were discussed by Lefebvre [1] and Tang et al. [4]. They pointed out: such reduction was possible because the fuel-rich homogeneous mixtures were formed when fuel is injected into its primary zone. But the authors have not yet seen any report in the open literature containing experimental evidence of such reduction. In this paper, the exhaust emissions of a vapouriser tube eombustor and a single tube combustor were measured using a combustion test set-up. The experimental results show that the vaporizer tube combustor is much better than the single tube combustor. The experimental findings are as follows: (1) There is no exponential increase of NO_x with increasing T_3~*, in fact, increase of NO_x slows down with increasing T_3~*. (2) NO_x emissions in vapouriser tube combustor increase more slowly than those of the single tube combustor, when inlet air temperature T_2~* and pressure P_2~* rise. (3) There is an average increase of 10% in NO_x emission when Ga is reduced by 40%, and in the single tube combustor a great increase in NO_x appears when Ga is reduced. In this research project, conventional methods are used to measure emission concentrations of NO_x(NO, NO), CO_2 and combustion efficiency in fuellean conditions, where air mass flow rate is from 0.712 to 1.355 kg/s, and overall equivalence ratio is from 0.12 to 0.30. Emission instrumentation in the setup consists of Colormetric NO_x Analyzer, and HQG-71A Model Non-Dispersive Infrared CO_2 Analyzer.
