利用BIF尾矿制备轻质墙体材料的试验研究

摘    要:在综合分析BIF尾矿基本特性的基础上,以BIF尾矿为主要原料,选择不同的粘结剂制备轻质墙体材料。研究结果表明,最佳工艺参数为铁尾矿、无机粘结剂和碱液改性生物质粘结剂的质量比90∶5∶5、烧结温度1 200±10 ℃、烧结时间30min。在最佳条件下制备的产品,体积密度1.314 g/cm3、显气孔率30.98%、抗压强度达到MU7.5标准。

Abstract:Based on the comprehensive analysis of their basic properties, BIF tailings were used to make light wall materials with different binders. The research found that the optimal process parameters include a mass ratio between the iron tailings, inorganic binder and alkaline liquor-modified biomass binder of 90∶5∶5, sintering temperature of 1 200 ±10 ℃and sintering time of 30min. The product made at the optimal conditions has a volume density of 1.314 g/cm3, apparent porosity of 30.98% and compressive strength that satisfies MU7.5 standard.
