活性凹凸棒土/PVFM纳米复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:凹凸棒原土经提纯粉碎后,用硅烷偶联剂KH560进行表面改性,获得活性凹凸棒土纳米棒晶。用高速搅拌和超声波振荡的方法使活性纳米凹凸棒土均匀分散在聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(PVFM)泡沫海绵的基体中,制得活性凹凸棒土/聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纳米复合材料。用SEM观察了纳米凹凸棒土和复合材料的微观结构。通过物理力学性能测试表明:当活性纳米凹凸棒土填充量为6g/100g时,可以显著提高聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫海绵的拉伸强度(2.68MPa)和吸水率(14.92g/g),降低材料的表观密度(76.8kg/m3)。

Abstract:A kind of homodisperse activated attapulgite nanorods was preparated,which the surface was modifided by silane coupler KH560 after natural clay was purified and pulverized.Then the activated attapulgites were distributed uniformly into the foam sponge of PVFM(poly(vinyl formal)) by high speed mixing and ultrasonic dispersion,a new nano-composites activated attapulgite/PVFM was obtained.The microstructures of attapulgite nanorods and nano-composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy.Physical...
