摘    要:针对目前不同的RNA二级结构可能对应相同特征序列的问题,本文提出了一种新的RNA二级结构特征序列表示法,根据不同的RNA二级结构的子结构类型,分别给出相应的字符表示并由此得到新的特征序列。利用Lempel-Ziv复杂度对两组RNA二级结构进行了相似性分析,实验结果表明了该表示法可以有效的提取RNA二级结构的结构信息,避免了不同RNA二级结构可能对应相同特征序列的问题。

Abstract:In view of the problem that different RNA secondary structures may correspond to the same characteristic sequence, we propose a new method to describe the characteristic sequence of the RNA secondary structure. According to the different kinds of substructures of RNA secondary structure, we apply the corresponding characters to represent them, which can obtain a new characteristic sequence for the RNA secondary structure. Then we analyze the similarity between two sets of RNA secondary structures based on the new characteristic sequences by using the Lempel-Ziv complexity. The results show our methods can effectively extract the structural information of the secondary structures, and avoid the problem that different RNA secondary structures may correspond to the same characteristic sequence.
