蒙皂石的湿式超细粉碎试验研究

摘    要:蒙皂石是一种层状硅酸盐矿物。采用实验室卧式砂磨机对蒙皂石进了超细磨矿试验;研究了矿浆浓度、研磨时间、分散剂(六偏磷酸钠)的用量对磨矿效果的影响。结果表明,采用六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,蒙皂石湿式超细粉碎的适宜工艺条件为:矿浆浓度30%,研磨时间25min,分散剂用量0.6%。

Abstract:Semctite is one of layered silicate minerals. In the experiment the semctite was wet ultrafine grinded with the laboratory horinzontal sand mill; The factors that influenced the grinding efficiency were investigated, such as pulp density, grinding time,and the amount of dispersant (sodium hexametaphosphate). The results show that when the sodium hexametaphosphate is used as the dispersant, the proper conditions of ultrafme grinding of semctite are as following: pupl concentration is 30%, grinding time is 25rain, and consumption of dispersant is 0.6% ofpupl density.
