半导体TiO2光催化剂及其有机光敏化研究进展

摘    要:半导体TiO2光催化研究是当今化学、材料和环境科学等学科研究的一个热点领域。比较评述了通过掺杂改性、结构修饰和有机光敏化拓宽TiO2可见光波长响应范围和提高光催化量子效率等的研究进展、面临的主要问题和发展趋势。

Abstract:Semiconductor TiO2 photocatalysis is an important research topic in present chemical,material and environmental science. Progres,problems as well as developing trend in research on extending the range of absorption wavelengths and improving quantum efficiency of TiO2-based semiconductonr photocatalyst by doping,structure modifying and organic photosensitizing are reviewed. Furthermore, developments in the carrier technology are also discussed in this paper.
