基于超声波的高精度水位控制系统设计

摘    要:本设计利用STC单片机控制系统实现水位的精确控制,主机通过无线通信方式对从机进行远程控制。采用超声波测距的方法来确定水位值并用12864液晶屏显示出来,从矩阵键盘设定水位值,通过比较设定水位和测量水位的数据,利用单片机的PWM控制直流双向水泵进行水位的调节,最终使水位达到设定值。通过测试该系统能精确监测水位并显示水位、准确地调控任意设定水位,而且精度可以达到1 mm。

Abstract:The water level is controlled on the required position accurately by STC single chip microcomputer as the control system in this design. The host computer controls the slave machine remotely by wireless communication. The ultrasonic range finding method is used to determine the value of water level and the level is displayed on 12864 LCD. The value of water level is set with matrix keyboard. The DC two-way water pump is controlled by single-chip PWM to adjust water level. With ultrasonic monitoring,the water level reaches the set value at last and the accuracy is less than 1 mm by comparison between the set water level and water level measured data.
