| 摘 要： | 介绍了电火花加工（EDM）的原理，为满足加工要求，引入PC机强大的软硬件资源、友好的人机界面、灵活的编程能力和单片机的实时控制功能，开发出电火花线切割机计算机数控系统，并基本实现了其功能．实验表明该系统具有运行可靠、加工稳定、操作简单等特点．

| Abstract: | In this paper,the principle of Electrical Discharge Machining(EDM) is briefly introduced.In order to satisfy the processing requirements,a Computer Numerical Control system for WEDM is developed by introducing the PC formidable software and hardware resources,the friendly man-machine interface,the nimble programming ability and the MCU's real-time control function.And the basic functions are realized.The extensive experiments show that the CNC is reliable,stable and is easy to operate. |
