摘    要:为利用虚拟样机技术预测挖掘机高压轴向柱塞泵的各项性能,基于AMESim和Virtual.Lab开展液压系统建模、一维与三维刚柔耦合联合仿真建模、缸体的系统级疲劳分析以及柱塞泵的辐射噪声分析,得到流量和压力特性曲线、缸体疲劳损伤结果以及各场点的声压曲线,为开展优化设计提供参考.

Abstract:To predict the performance of a high pressure axial piston pump of excavator by virtual prototype technology, the hydraulic pressure system modeling, 1D+3D rigid flexible coupling co simulation modeling, cylinder body fatigue analysis on the system level, and radiated noise of axial piston pump are researched by AMESim and Virtual.Lab, and the characteristic curves of flow rate and pressure, the fatigue damage results of cylinder body and the acoustic pressure curves of every field point are obtained, which can provide reference for the optimization design.
