钛硅分子筛成型的研究进展

摘    要:综述了钛硅分子筛TS-1的成型方法,包括喷雾干燥成型法、挤条成型法与原位负载成型法,分析了成型TS-1催化剂的机械强度及催化性能。需根据不同的原料,成型催化剂物化参数、催化性能和机械性能的要求,工业反应器类型等选择适合的TS-1成型方法。由于成型钛硅分子筛催化剂存在活性偏低、机械强度不高、失活速率快和寿命短等问题,其工业应用受到一定限制。

Abstract:The molding methods for titanium silicalite zeolite(TS-1) were reviewed,including spray-drying,extruding and in-situ loading.The catalytic performance and mechanical strength of TS-1 molding catalysts were analyzed.The molding methods of TS-1 should be selected according to different raw materials,the physicochemical parameters of catalysts,requirements for the catalytic performance and mechanical strength of the molding catalysts,and the type of industrial reactors.At present,the application of TS-1 molding catalysts in industry is limited due to their low catalytic activity,low mechanical strength,fast deactivation and short life.
