氢镍电池柔性负极片的研制

摘    要:首次提出以化纤丝网作为柔性氢镍电池负极片的可能性。探索了丝网化学镀铜和电镀镍工艺。经镀铜再镀镍的丝网既保持了丝网的柔性,又具有金属丝网的韧性,并具有良好的导电性,以该丝网为集电体涂覆负极料,并制成电池,经测定该电池与一般的以泡沫镍为集电体的电池在性能上大体相近。

Abstract:The flexible negative electrode based on fiber web was explored. The technique of chemical deposition of Cu and electroplating of Ni was studied. It was found that the fiber web deposited with copper and nickel had both the flexibility of fiber and toughness and conductivity of metallic web. The property of the battery with the fiber web as collector was close to that with foam nickel as collector.
