| Abstract: | A PN junction temperature sensor,being shielded-packaged to prevent it from being interfered by electromagnetic field,is used by the introduced temperature measuring circuit to convert temperature signals into voltage signals and to measure the temperature at a certain point.The temperature-voltage signals via A/D convertion can be digitally displayed by LED. |
