摘    要:通过在线加热配分(HOP,Heating On-line Partitioning)技术获得贝氏体和马氏体/奥氏体(B+M/A)双相组织,研究了这种(B+M/A)双相管线钢的组织-性能特征。结果表明,在满足我国"西气东输二线"管道工程的强韧性要求前提下,这种(B+M/A)双相管线钢还具有低的屈强比和大的均匀伸长率,表现出优良的大变形能力。多位向贝氏体基体、细小的M/A组元和弥散分布的碳、氮化合物析出是保证实验钢优良性能的组织特征。

Abstract:By Heating On-line Partitioning(HOP) method to obtain(B+M/A) dual phase,the microstructure and property of a dual phase pipeline steel are investigated.The results show that,in the context of meeting the strength and toughness requirements of the second west-east gas pipeline project in China,the(B+M/A) dual phase pipeline steel also possesses a lower yield/tensile ratio and higher uniform elongation,showing excellent deformation ability.The bainitic matrix,M/A component and the precipitation of carbonitride are the microstructure characteristics of experimental steel.
