基于Modbus通讯协议的远程测控设计

摘    要:通过Modbus协议能实现RS-232、RS-422、RS-485串口与以太网之间的通讯,并通过这种方式来完成以太网和C8051F单片机串口之间的通讯,从而实现控制台(即计算机)与其相连设备间的通讯和远距离测控.结果表明,利用Modbus协议实现远距离测控的方法,以及利用Modbus和上位机的通讯协议格式构架一套测控系统,来完成环境恶劣、无人值守下的试验.

Abstract:The communication between the RS-232、RS-422、RS-485 interfaces and Ethernet,and the communication between the C8051F singlechip URAT interface and Ethernet are able to be realized based on Modbus communication protocol,providing the communication and long-distance measuring and control between the controller and the equipments connected to the controller.The method of long-distance measuring and control based on Modbus communication protocol is described in this paper.A telemetry,tracking and control system is designed with formats of Modbus and upper computer communication protocol.An unattended test is conducted in severe environment using the long-distance telemetry,tracking and control method.
