新型高效降阻接地模块的研究与应用

摘    要:发电厂、变电站接地网普遍大量使用普通碳钢或镀锌钢作为接地材料,这就造成了两大问题:接地体腐蚀严重和接地体电阻太大。为解决这两大问题,工程上采取了一些方法,如在降阻材料中添加降阻剂,利用电解地极法、导电水泥、导电涂料、铜接地体和接地模块等方法,但是这些方法都存在一定的局限性。笔者提出了一种以石墨为基础材料的新型实用高效降阻接地模块,从接地电阻计算理论出发,综合高效降阻接地模块成本和试验数据,对最初的8个材料配比方案进行各方面的论证,并实际制成4种形状的新型实用高效接地模块,以满足不同条件的使用要求。给出了不同土壤电阻率及接地电阻要求的高效降阻接地模块的使用量及其连接组合方法。最后以某地区供电局使用该高效降阻接地模块对接地网进行改造的实用效果,证明该高效降阻接地模块可以很好地解决这两大问题。

Abstract:Ordinary carbon steel or galvanized steel are widely used as grounding materials in grounding grids of many power plants and substations,which cause two big problems: grounding body is severely corroded,and the resistance of grounding body is too large.To solve the two problems,some methods are adopted such as adding some resistance-reducing agents in resistance-reducing materials,and the methods of electrodeionization,conductive cement,conductive coatings,copper grounding body,grounding module,etc.However,there are some limitations in these methods.A new practical high-efficiency resistance-reducing earthing module using graphite as a basis material is proposed.According to the grounding resistance calculation theory and high-efficiency resistance-reducing earthing module cost and the experiment data,the first eight material matching schemes is argued in various aspects and made four shapes of high-efficiency earthing module are practically made to meet different requirements in practical use.Besides,the resistivity of different kinds of soil,the usage amount of high-efficiency resistance-reducing earthing module required by the grounding resistance,and its connecting and combining methods are provided.Finally,according to the practical effect of reconstruction to the grounding net using this high-efficiency resistance-reducing earthing module in the PSB in some region,it is proved that this module could be used to solve the two major problems.
