铁基软磁合金薄带高频磁导率测量方法研究

摘    要:给出一种铁基软磁合金薄带高频磁导率的测量方法,详细介绍了该方法的测量原理,并利用Agilent E4991A射频阻抗/材料分析仪研究了退火温度对20μm厚铁基软磁合金薄带高频磁导率的影响。结果表明,随退火温度的提高,磁导率实部单调提高,磁导率虚部则是先升高后降低。尤其是在550℃下退火,在1MHz和10MHz下样品磁导率实部分别为2210和330;比较了不同温度退火样品的磁导率的测量结果,得知550℃是一个比较理想的退火温度。研究结果对以铁基非晶、纳米晶软磁合金薄带为磁心的高频微电感、微变压器等磁性器件的设计具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Measurement of high frequency permeability of Fe-based soft magnetic alloy ribbon is introducecd in detaill.Effect of annealing temperature on high frequency permeability of Fe-based soft magnetic alloy ribbon with thickness of 20μm by Agilent E4991A RF impedance/material analyzer was studied in this paper.Results showed that the real part of permeability of the sample increases monotonically with the increase of annealing temperature;while the imaginary part of permeability firstly increases,and then decreses.Especially for sample annealed at 550℃,the real part of permeability is 2210 at 1MHz and 330 at 10MHz,respectively.The measurement results of permeability at different annealing temperature were compared,and 550℃ was determined as a desirable annealing temperature of this material.The results are very useful for the design of magnetic devices such as microinductor and microtransformer with this kind of magnetic core material.
