摘    要:聊城发电厂600MW"W"火焰锅炉投运后存在燃烧不稳定,受热面积灰、结焦严重,蒸汽参数达不到设计值等影响安全稳定运行的问题。通过优化燃烧调整试验,分析总结煤粉细度、主导火焰、磨煤机运行方式、卫燃带面积等因素对上述问题的实质性影响,提出了磨煤机运行方式优化、运行中后墙火焰主导为主、减少卫燃带面积等实现燃烧优化的具体措施。燃烧优化调整后的机组运行结果表明:改善了燃烧状况,稳定了机组运行,提高了锅炉效率。

Abstract:Several problems affect the safe and stable operation of 600 MW W-Flame Boiler in Liaocheng Power Plant, such as the combustion instability, ash fouling, serious slagging and the steam parameter being lower than design value etc. Based on the optimal combustion control test, main factors contributing to the above were analyzed in detail, including the coal powder fineness,primary flame, operation mode of mill and refractory belt area. Specific countermeasures were proposed to realize the combustion optimization, such as optimizing the operation mode of mills, taking the back wall flame as primary and reducing the area of refractory belt. The operation result shows that the economy, efficiency, and operation of the given unit are improved; in addition, the combustion condition and the operation stability are promoted according to the combustion test.
