| 摘 要： | 区域规划信息系统是区域规划的重要技术支撑手段，采用MapX控件和Delphi开发工具加以实现。本文描述了系统的功能结构、开发结构以度空间数据库设计和属性数据库设计。特另4介绍了样本绘制模块和分值扩散模块。并详细给出空间扩散算法、最小种子算法和数据压缩的实现过程。

| Abstract: | Regional planning information system provides a significant technical means to support regional planning. MapX component and Delphi development tool are adopted to implement the system. This paper describes functional frame, development architecture, spatial database design, and attribute database organization of system, especially intaxtuces sample drawing and value ditfusing modules, also declares spatial ditfusing algorithm, minimal seed algorithm and data compressed procedure in detail. |
