摘    要:用真空电弧熔炼了Ce2Co17-xSix化合物,研究了化合物的结构与内禀磁性,研究了Si原子在Co次晶格四种晶位的择优占位与Co次晶格磁晶各向异性的关系,结果表明,18h晶位对Co次晶格磁晶各向异性的负贡献起重要作用。

Abstract:Ce2Co17-xSix compounds with Si concentration up to x = 4 were prepared by vacuum arc melting. The structure and intrinsic magnetic properties of these compounds, including their crystal structure parameters, Curie temperature, spontaneous moments, average moment per Co-atom, anisotropy fields and anisotropy constants, were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. Special attention was paid to the relationship between the magnetocrystalline anisotropy of the Co-sublattice and the preferred site occupation of Si atoms over the four available crystallographic sites on the Co-sublattice. The results showed that 18 site plays an important role to contribute negative Co-sublattice anisotropy in R2Co17 compounds.
