油气长输管线激光焊接研究新进展

摘    要:介绍了油气长输管线现场焊接施工的需求,以及激光/GMAW复合焊具有的能显著提高光束能量利用率、改善焊缝成形、降低接头装配精度要求、改善接头力学性能等一系列优点。油气长输管线现场焊接施工时,不论是整个组对接头均采用激光/GMAW复合焊,还是先采用激光/GMAW复合焊接根焊道,随后采用GMAW进行填充焊,两种技术方案均能满足X80和X100高钢级管线钢管焊接接头的性能要求。
