摘    要:传统激光光谱探测通常采用动态Michelson干涉具来实现,但此类干涉具结构复杂,且需要反复移动内部器件的位置才能实现稳定的干涉.此外,某些激光脉冲的时间宽度较窄,因此,此类动态干涉具无法实现持续时间较短的脉冲激光光谱探测.该文从基于电可调式法布里-珀罗(F-P)干涉具用于脉冲激光光谱探测人手,讨论了交流控制式F-P干涉具的相关参数,并进行了光学测量实验.该文为静态脉冲激光光谱探测技术的实现提供了可靠的理论依据.

Abstract:Conventional spectrum detection of laser is usually achieved by dynamic interference,such as Michelson Interferometer,etc.But the structures are complex and need to move the location of the internal part of the device repeatedly to achieve stable interference.Furthermore,the time widths of some laser pulses are narrow.Therefore,such dynamic interferometers can not be used to realize the spectra detection of pulsed laser which has short duration.According to the electric tunable Fabry-Perot interferometer wh...
