微生物菌剂对植烟连作土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究了微生物复合肥、摩西球囊霉、幼套球囊霉、根内球囊霉对烤烟连作土壤酶活性的影响.结果表明:1)微生物复合肥、摩西球囊霉和根内球囊霉处理的脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性,幼套球囊霉处理的脲酶和磷酸酶活性,CK的脲酶、蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性均在烤烟整个生育期中呈"升-降-升-降"的双峰变化趋势,且它们均在移栽后65 d和98 d时出现活性高峰.2)与CK相比,微生物复合肥、摩西球囊霉、幼套球囊霉均能不同程度地提高连作土壤中蔗糖酶、脲酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性,而根内球囊霉只对连作土壤中蔗糖酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性有明显的提高作用.综合评价不同微生物菌剂处理对烤烟连作土壤中4种酶活性的影响,认为微生物复合肥、摩西球囊霉改善烤烟连作土壤酶活性的效果较好,其次为幼套球囊霉和根内球囊霉.3)4种酶的相关分析显示,蔗糖酶与磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶与脲酶呈极显著正相关,脲酶与磷酸酶、蔗糖酶呈显著正相关,表明4种酶之间在酶促反应时存在着相互促进的作用.
