激光测距仪在烟草制丝线中的应用

目前制丝生产线对运动设备的距离控制大多采用开关量位置传感器,该控制方式无法对控制距离进行调整,设备定位精度较低.为此,通过使用激光测距仪作为位置传感器,对制丝生产线上需要定位控制或距离控制的设备进行了改造.分别以储柜铺料行年、切片机、储柜分配行车为例,利用激光测距仪的绝对距离、相对距离、有效距离带3种算法对测量数值进行计算,从而达到控制设备运行距离和准确定位的目的.应用效果表明,激光测距仪应用于上述运动设备后,实现了根据进料量按比例进柜,进柜范围30%～100%;解决了切片机对非标准包装烟包的切片宽度不均匀问题,切片宽度误差控制在±5 cm内;实现了分配车的精确定位,分配车寻柜和定位准确率达到了100%.
