| Abstract: | Based on the wide and deep investigation,it describes 2 behavior ways on damaging optical cable and accessories as well as the reasons,the severe economic loss and social result by sabotage and chance-damage,the countermeasures adopted by the telecom maintenance staff and its effects,as well as the reasons on the urgent demand for Telecommunications Law. |
