| 摘 要： | 以聚醚(N-220、N-210)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、蓖麻油(C.O.)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为主要原料合成了一系列水性聚氨酯(WPU),研究软段类型、硬段类型、NCO/OH物质的量比对WPU耐水性、力学性能、涂膜手感的影响,总结了水性聚氨酯产品的设计规律。

| Abstract: | Series of waterborne polyurethane(WPU)were prepared.The effects on resistance to water,mechanical properties and the film's hand sense of different kinds of soft segment(N-210,N-220,PCL),different kinds of diisocyanates(TDI,IPDI and HDI),molar ratios of n-NCO/n-OH and crosslinking agent were investigated. |
