碱锰电池无汞锌阳极的缓蚀

摘    要:利用收集气体法选择了无汞锌阳极的缓蚀剂,测定了析氢反应的活化能.组合缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果接近于含6%Hg的效果,用组合缓蚀剂代替汞后,新电池性能高于国标,但比含汞电池性能略低

Abstract:The anticorrosive agents for free mercury Zinc anode are selected and the activated energy of Hydrogen evolution reaction is measured by collecting gas method.The anticorrosive effect of association corrosion inhibitors is closed to the effect of contain 6% Hg. But battery performance dropped slightly. The aticorrsive agent in the new mould battery has better function than mercury.This battery has higher quality than the state standard and lower function than the battery which contain mercury.
