| 摘 要： | 拉伸件圆周分布的多个孔通常需要多次冲压成形,采用分度装置则可以在1副模具上一次装夹冲出。介绍了一种带手工分度装置的冲孔模,模具结构简单,操作方便,生产效率高,避免了多次冲压定位困难、精度低的问题,工件质量好。

| Abstract: | The holes distributed on the circumference of the drawn work piece used to be formed by stamping one by one.But with a graduation device,these holes can be formed with one die by one-time fixing.A piercing die with a manual graduation device is introduced.This die is simple and easy to operate.The production efficiency with this die is high.And the problems of multiple locations for several times of stamping and low precision are avoided.The work pieces produced are of high quality. |
