粗颗粒尾矿浆体管道输送速度分布规律研究

摘    要:基于垂向剪应力呈线性分布假设,给出了零剪应力点的垂直位置计算方法和对应的最大剪应力计算方法,由此,通过借鉴普朗特半经验公式,给出了滑动床上方速度分布计算公式.通过粒径为1.71 mm的粗尾矿颗粒高浓度尾矿管道流动试验,测定了水平管道和倾斜管道中不同条件下若干组浆体速度分布试验数据.计算值和实测值的对比分析表明作者速度预测模型计算值与实测值较为一致,两者最大偏差不超过12.16%.作者速度分布公式的计算结果表明,随着管道倾角的增大而增大,最大速度点偏离管道中心之上的距离越来越大,同时速度分布变得越来越均匀.

Abstract:Based on the assumption of vertical shear stress linear distribution,calculation methods of the vertical position of zero shear stress and corresponding maximum shear stress are given out,and velocity distribution formula above sliding bed is put forward by using the Prandtl semi empirical formula.Through the high concentration tailings slurry test with 1.71 mm coarse sand particles,experimental data of velocity distribution in horizontal and inclined pipe are determinated.Comparative analysis between measured and computed values of velocity distribution shows that that the calculated values of author's velocity distribution model are consistent with the measured values,and the maximum deviation is not more than 12.16%.The calculation formula of velocity distribution shows that with the increase of pipe inclination angle,the maximum velocity deviation distance above the center of the pipeline is more and more big,at the same time the velocity distribution becomes more and more uniform.
