摘    要:运用单因素法研究了MnO2、Fe2O3、MgO和CaF2作添加剂对非金属矿压裂支撑剂的性能影响,根据行业标准中的测试方法,测试了样品的体积密度、视密度和破碎率等关键指标.采用XRD和SEM等技术对试样的晶相结构和形貌进行表征.结果表明,MnO2、Fe2O3的加入能够显著降低试样的焙烧温度;MgO、CaF2的加入有利于微晶结构形成,提高支撑剂样品的强度,降低破碎率,并且MgO、CaF2的加入量分别为3%、1%时试样具有较优的性能.

Abstract:Single factor method was employed to research the effect of several different additives such as manganese oxide, ferric oxide, magnesium oxide and calcium fluoride on the properties of non-metallic minerals proppant.The bulk density, apparent density and broken rate of the sample were determined according to the occupation standard of the proppant;The microstructure and morphology of the proppant were characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that manganese oxide and ferric oxide can significantly reduce the sintering temperature of the sample;Magnesium oxide and calcium fluoride can promote the formation of the microcrystalline structure, then enhance the strength of the proppant and reduce the breakage rate.The optimized proppant is obtained when the usage of magnesium oxide and calcium fluoride is 3% and 1%, respectively.
