微波辅助合成聚羧酸减水剂及其性能研究

摘    要:利用微波技术具有操作简便、清洁、高效、安全及靶向性等特性,分别采用微波辅助合成和常规水浴法,以甲基烯基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体合成梳状聚羧酸减水剂.通过实验,研究了微波加热对减水剂表征及性能的影响,结果表明,微波辅助合成的方法有效提高了聚合反应的转化率,可更好地控制反应进程,并对新拌浆体絮凝结构拥有更好的吸附-分散性能.

Abstract:Microwave technology has the characteristics of cleanliness , high-efficiency , safety and targeting and so on .The polycarboxylic ether superplasticizer was synthesized through two different methods including microwave-assisted and conventional water-bath synthesis , with methylene-polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG) and acrylic acid (AA) as monomers.The influence of microwave heating on the characterization and properties of superplasticezers were studied .The results show that the microwave-assisted synthesis method can effectively improve the conversion rate of the polymerization reaction , and could control the reaction process better .In addition , it has better adsorption-dispersion performance on the fresh slurry flocculation structure .
