模拟酸雨环境下废瓷砖再生混凝土中性化研究

摘    要:将废弃瓷砖破碎为再生粗、细骨料及粉料,全组分制备再生混凝土.采用室内模拟酸雨侵蚀试验,研究不同pH值酸雨侵蚀条件下废瓷砖再生骨料、废瓷粉掺合料对混凝土中性化的影响.研究结果表明:与原生碎石混凝土相比,废瓷砖再生粗骨料混凝土的抗压强度较高,经酸雨侵蚀后的中性化深度最小;掺入废瓷砖粉的再生混凝土抗压强度随废瓷砖粉掺量的增加而降低,中性化深度随废瓷粉掺量的增加而增大.在相同酸雨侵蚀条件下,与原生碎石混凝土相比,废瓷砖再生混凝土的化学结合水含量较低,内部显微结构更致密.

Abstract:Ceramic tile recycled aggregate concrete (CRAC) was prepared by using waste ceramic tile as recycled aggregate instead of natural aggregate.Effect of recycled aggregate and waste porcelain powder (PP) admixture on neutralization depth of concrete was studied by simulated acid rain erosion test.Results show that compressive strength of CRAC is higher than that of original aggregate concrete (OAC), and the neutralization depth of it is the minimum.Compressive strength of CRAC decreased with PP content increasing, and neutralization depth increased with PP content increasing.Under the same condition of acid rain erosion, chemical combined water content of CRAC is lower than that of OAC, and the internal microstructure of it is more compact than that of OAC.
