摘    要:低温封接玻璃能在400~700℃的温度范围内,实现玻璃、陶瓷、金属合金乃至各类新型复合材料等的完美连接.随着低温封接玻璃无铅化的推进,目前主流研究主要集中于具有潜在应用背景的磷系、铋系、钒系以及硼系低温封接玻璃.本文综述了近年来国内外关于低温封接玻璃的研制现状以及未来的发展趋势.低温封接玻璃在无铅、低温的大趋势下,未来还需具备一定的导热性能和向复合化方向发展.

Abstract:Glass with low sealing temperature can be used to achieve perfect connection of glass , ceramics, metal alloys and even new types of composite materials in the temperature range of 400-700℃.With the promotion of lead-free for low sealing temperature glass , the current research mainly focused on the phosphorus , bismuth, vanadium and boron low sealing temperature glass , which have a potential application background .The development status and development trend in the future of low sealing temperature glass at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed .Under the trend of lead-free and low sealing temperature , the low sealing temperature glass still needs to have a certain thermal conductivity and to be composited in the future .
