摘    要:国外综合自控钻井液系统的应用实践证明了钻井液制备工艺自动化技术的应用可大幅改善HSE、提高钻井液配置及维护的效率、改善钻井液的质量。阐述了钻井液自动加料及混合技术的起源、发展、到现有成熟产品的工艺布局的变化。分析了国内外钻井液制备工艺自动化的技术现状及特点。结合我国目前油田现场的钻井液制备技术现状,提出了我国今后钻井液制备工艺自动化的发展建议,以期为我国钻井液制备工艺的自动化发展提供借鉴和帮助。

Abstract:Operational practice with integrated automation for a mud system has proved its benefits:HSE has been improved dramatically,the efficiency of drilling fluid treatment and maintenance has been improved vastly and the quality of drilling fluid has been improved greatly by the application of automated addition of mud chemicals and drilling fluid mixing.In this paper the origin and development of drilling fluid preparation process automation technology,the process layout of proven automated addition of mud chemicals and mixing system on today's rigs was introduced in detail,the implementation and the methods currently of automated addition of mud chemicals and mixing system being used around the world was described.In order to provide reference and help for the domestic development of automated drilling fluid processing technology in China,some suggestions on the automation development of integrated automation of the mud system in China was proposed.
