The Key Technology Analysis of the Rig Development from the Automation to Intelligence

The automatic technology status of the domestic drilling rig were summarized, including the overall technology of automatic rigs, automatic pipe arranging, driller centralized control technology and remote information monitoring technology of rigs. The technical bottlenecks during the development of automated drilling rig technology were analyzed, including the rig operation efficiency; the stability and working success rate of the pipe-handing equipments, the bottleneck of detection unit, the dispersive data without systematical analysis and arrangement. The key technologies involved in the development of automated drilling rigs in the direction of intelligence were expounded, the development proposals for the development of the overall technology of drilling rigs and the development of electric drilling robot equipment for new processes were proposed.
