自动化钻机向智能化发展的关键技术分析

摘    要:总结了我国石油钻机在自动化方面的技术现状,包括自动化钻机总体技术、自动排管技术、司钻集中控制技术以及钻机远程信息化监测技术等。分析了自动化钻机技术发展过程中面临的技术瓶颈,包括系统作业效率问题、自动化工具稳定性及作业成功率问题、检测环节瓶颈问题、数据零散并缺少系统分析整理问题等。对自动化钻机向智能化方向发展所涉及的关键技术进行了阐述,并提出开展全新流程方式的钻机总体技术开发及电动化钻井机器人装备开发等发展建议。

Abstract:The automatic technology status of the domestic drilling rig were summarized, including the overall technology of automatic rigs, automatic pipe arranging, driller centralized control technology and remote information monitoring technology of rigs. The technical bottlenecks during the development of automated drilling rig technology were analyzed, including the rig operation efficiency; the stability and working success rate of the pipe-handing equipments, the bottleneck of detection unit, the dispersive data without systematical analysis and arrangement. The key technologies involved in the development of automated drilling rigs in the direction of intelligence were expounded, the development proposals for the development of the overall technology of drilling rigs and the development of electric drilling robot equipment for new processes were proposed.
