摘 要: | 巡视检查是目前大多数水库安全管理的重要手段。水库GIS智能巡检系统以物联网、元素化、GIS平台、4G网络、移动开发和三维仿真等技术为基础,基本实现大坝巡视检查工作中感知交互、隐患识别、应急处置、信息共享等业务要求。巡检系统前端App和后端巡检平台功能从不同岗位操作者的实际需要出发,将普通巡检工作和专业巡检管理进行分离和融合,基本解决传统大坝安全巡检中的业务与管理问题,可满足现行的大坝安全管理规范和水库管理单位日常管理需要,同时与水利部建设智慧水利信息管理平台的需求相一致。

Abstract: | Reservoir patrol inspection is an important means of safety management of most reservoirs. Reservoir GIS intelligent patrol system mainly uses Internet of Things, Patrol Elementalization, GIS platform, 4G network, mobile development and three-dimensional simulation technology to solve the functions of perception interaction, hidden danger identifification, emergency disposal, information sharing and so on. The functions of front-end App and backend inspection platform of the system start from the actual needs of different post operators, separate and integrate the general inspection work and professional inspection management, and basically solve the business and management problems in the traditional dam safety inspection. It can not only improve its own advantages, meet the current dam safety management specififications and the daily management needs of the reservoir management unit, but also meet the needs of the Ministry of water resources to build the intelligent water conservancy information management platform. |
