氧化石墨烯/环氧树脂复合材料特性研究

摘    要:以氧化石墨烯(GO)为原料,制得氢氧化铝官能团化的氧化石墨烯(Al-GO),并与环氧树脂(EP)共混,制备了不同GO及Al-GO用量的GO/EP和Al-GO/EP复合材料。对复合材料的微观形貌进行表征,研究了填料的用量对复合材料力学性能、导热性能及玻璃化转变温度的影响。结果表明:加入Al-GO后,材料表面呈现出韧性断裂;当GO和Al-GO用量为3%时,复合材料的拉伸强度均为最大值;热导率随着填料用量增加不断提高;在Al-GO用量为3%时,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)比纯EP提高了8℃。

Abstract:The functional graphene oxide with aluminum hydroxide(Al-GO)was prepared from graphene oxide(GO)and blended with epoxy resin(EP).The GO/EP and Al-GO/EP composites with different GO and Al-GO contents were prepared.The effects of the amount of fillers on the mechanical properties,thermal conductivity and glass transition temperature of the composites were studied.The results showed that after adding Al-GO,the surface of the composites shows ductile fracture;when the amount of GO and Al-GO is 3%,the tensile strength of the composite is the maximum;the thermal conductivity increases with the increase of the amount of filler;when the amount of Al-GO is 3%,the glass transition temperature(Tg)of the composite is 8℃higher than that of pure EP.
