摘    要:以廉价石墨(GR)为起始原料制备氧化石墨(GO),用KH-560(γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷)对GO表面进行改性,改性氧化石墨(m-GO)与环氧树脂E51发生交联固化。扫描电镜(SEM)及电阻率测试表明:采用该方法制备的无机/有机聚合物复合材料,石墨颗粒均匀分散于环氧树脂中,导电阈值低。掺杂量为1.0%~2.0%的m-GO/E51复合材料的表面电阻率在1010~1011Ω之间,达到空间聚合物抗介质带电的需求。该方法简单实用,具有很好的工程化应用前景。

Abstract:In this paper, graphite oxide(GO) was prepared from cheap graphite(GR), and the surface of graphite oxide was modified with KH-560(γ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy) propyl-trimethoxysilane). The modified graphite oxide(m-GO) cured by cross-linking with epoxy resin E51. SEM and resistivity tests show that the inorganic/organic polymer composites prepared by this method have a uniform dispersion of graphite particles in the epoxy resin and a low conductivity threshold. 1.0%~2.0% m-GO doping amount can reach the space polymer resistance to dielectric charging(1010~1011 Ω). This method is simple and it practical, and has a good engineering application prospect.
