聚醚醚酮核用电缆料拉伸性能测量不确定度评定

摘    要:选择GUM法对核用电缆料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂拉伸应变,进行测试结果的测量不确定度评定,分别从A类不确定度和B类不确定度进行评定,A类不确定度主要通过重复测试来分析PEEK试样的均匀性产生的测量不确定度,拉伸强度的B类不确定度主要考察了仪器设备引入的测量不确定度,断裂拉伸应变的B类测量不确定度还考察了测试结果的数值修约引入的测量不确定度。结果表明,厚度为1.00 mm的PEEK试样,拉伸速率为20 mm/min,拉伸强度的测试结果为112 MPa,k=2时,测量不确定度为5 MPa;断裂拉伸应变的测试结果为150%,k=2时,测量不确定度为10%。

Abstract:GUM method was used to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of test results for the tensile strength and tensile strain at break of nuclear cable material polyether-ether-ketone(PEEK)film.The type A and type B measurement uncertainty were evaluated,respectively.The type A measurement uncertainty was mainly evaluated by repeating uniformity tests of PEEK samples.The type B measurement uncertainty of tensile strength mainly investigated the instrument and equipment.The effect of rounding off numerical values on the type B uncertainty of measurement of tensile strain at break was also analyzed.The results indicate that under the PEEK samples with the thickness of 1.00 mm,tensile rate of 20 mm/min,the tensile strength is 112 MPa and the measurement uncertainty is 5 MPa,when k is 2.The tensile strain at break is 150%and the measurement uncertainty is 10%,when k is 2.
