摘    要:以车载导航面板为研究对象,结合塑件的结构特点和精度要求,设计了一副一模一腔的高精度注塑模具。利用Moldflow软件进行模流分析,确定了模具浇注系统与冷却系统设计的正确性。该模具采用牛角式潜伏浇口的半热流道走胶方式和直孔隔水板局部强冷的冷却水路设计,考虑塑件内部侧凹、骨位等特征特点,分别设计了3组斜导柱式侧抽机构、3组分体式斜顶机构、模具镶件和"推杆+推管+推板"的联合推出机构。结果表明,该模具结构设计先进合理,有利于降低模具成本,可用于指导生产。

Abstract:Taking the automobile navigation panel as an example,a high-precision plastic injection mold with one mould and one cavity was designed according to the structural characteristics of plastics and precision requirements.The correct runner system and cooling system were obtained using numerical simulation of Moldflow software,the semi-hot runner injection mode of the banana shaped latent gate and the cooling channel design of the local strong cooling of the straight hole baffle plate was adopted.Considering the characteristics of the internal concave and bone position,three external side core-pulling mechanism with bevel lead column,three internal angle lift side core-pulling mechanism,inserts and ejection mechanism by "ejector pins pushing+ejector pipes pushing+the stripper plate pushing"was designed.The results indicate that the mold structure is advanced and reasonable,the cost of mold producing is reduced and the design could be used to guide production.
