井下流量控制阀金属密封仿真研究

摘    要:智能井的井下流量控制阀中的金属密封对于其可靠性具有重要的影响。针对具有圆度误差的金属密封和滑套的密封副(以下简称为金属密封副),利用ABAQUS研究了介质压力和初始过盈量对其接触应力的影响。研究发现:①当金属密封副的2个椭圆截面长轴正交或重合时,接触应力沿接触环面分别呈“W”型或“M”型曲线分布。2种曲线上波峰和波谷处的接触应力的最值与密封面上的平均接触应力均随着介质压力、初始过盈量和滑套圆度误差的增加而增加; ②当金属密封副的2个椭圆长轴夹角θ为15~75°时,接触应力分布曲线的波峰和波谷的最值和密封面上的平均接触应力先减小后增加,且与θ的关系曲线均关于θ=45°线近似对称。

Abstract:The metal seal in the interval control valve(ICV)of intelligent well has an important influence on the ICV reliability. In this paper, ABAQUS was used to study the influence of medium pressure and initial interference on the contact stress between the metal seal ring and the sliding sleeve, both of which have roundness error. The results show that: firstly, when the major axes of the two elliptical sections of the metal seal pair are orthogonal or coincident, the contact stress along the contact ring surface presents "W" or "M" curves respectively. The maximum contact stress at the wave peak and trough and average contact stress along the seal face increase with the increase of the medium pressure, the initial interference and the roundness error of the sliding sleeve. Secondly, when the angle between the two ellipse major axes of the metal seal pair is between 15 ° and 75 °, the maximum contact stress at the wave peak and trough and average contact stress along the seal face decrease first and then increase. The relationship curve between three contact stresses and the angle is approximately symmetrical about the line of θ= 45 °.
